Calculators

Information, not advice. Each calculator applies a standard formula to the figures you enter. It does not know your lender's fees, your bank's exchange margin, your tax authority's reduced rates, or your circumstances. Results are estimates for comparison and planning. Before you borrow, save, invest, set a price or pay tax, confirm the figures with the provider or a qualified adviser. PayCalculus is not a bank, lender, broker or tax adviser, and nothing on the site is a recommendation to buy any product.

Documents

The document makers lay out the details you type, add up the lines and build a PDF. They do not check whether a document meets the rules in your country, such as the fields a tax invoice must show or the items a payslip must list. Check your local invoicing rules for required fields before you send a document.

Exchange rates and tax rates

Exchange rates are daily mid market reference rates, not an offer to buy or sell a currency. Tax rates are whatever you type, and rates change over time. The methodology and sources page explains where each kind of data comes from.

No warranty and limits of liability

The tools are checked with care, but no result is promised to be accurate, complete or current. As far as the law allows, PayCalculus is not responsible for any loss that comes from relying on a result or a document. The terms of use set this out in full.
